I've been trying for days to transfer music from iTunes to my Versa with no success. Each time I try it says to download it from the desktop app or to use my computer to start transferring music, neither of which seem to work. When I try to download the Fitbit desktop app it continuously tells me it can't download as there is no internet connection - even though there clearly is! And it doesn't seem to allow it to transfer from my phone. I've opened iTunes and selected everything in there that I need to in order to be able to share my music but still no joy. How do I do it?

Hi @MichelleM-D, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since your music can't be downloaded from iTunes. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help page when trying to download music to your Fitbit device.
