How do I turn off Health and Wellness reminders on Versa 2?

I have added apps that remind me to wash hands, drink water, exercise and positive sayings.  I thought it was a good idea a year ago but I can't find out how to turn them off. The reminder buzz is bothersome.  Anyone know what these are?  they have ther Fitbit logo and come up like email and texts.

On phone app from Today screen,

profile pic > your tracker model > Health & Wellness Reminders

for at least some of those.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

What does this mean?

two notes of the chord, that's our full scope, But to reach the chord is our life's hope.
And to name the chord is important to some, So they give it a word, and the word is OM.

I just want to get rid of "time to wash your hands.  When I go to health and wellness reminders it is on OFF

I just want to get the wash hands reminder off my Versa2.  I cannot do anything else on my device

@LKmorgan  If you followed the instructions I gave above, they tell you exactly how to turn off hand wash reminder.

The smaller print at the bottom of my post, is just a quote from a song I like, which I included as my signature that gets  included at the bottom of all my posts. (Moody Blues - In Search of the Lost Chord)
