Cannot switch off notifications even tho I’ve followed all instructions

Hi there @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you're having inconveniences to turn off notifications on your Versa. Thanks for already following the instructions you've found in other posts. I'm here to help you.

You can turn off notifications on your Versa by doing the following:

  1. With your Fitbit device nearby, tap the Today tab > your profile picture.
  2. Tap your device image > Notifications. 
  3. Choose the notifications you no longer want to receive and toggle them off. Also, tap App Notifications and do the same with the apps you don't want to be notified for. 
  4. Sync your device.
