Hi there, @FF1. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. 

It seems like you have the Smart Wake feature enabled. Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. For more information on how to turn it off, see How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?
