How do I turn off "OFF-Hours" or change the time of it? I can't find it on the phone or control panel or watch. It says go to Always On setting to customize but I can't find Always on settings?
Thanks

Swipe left to Settings and scroll down for "Always On'. After selecting Always On, you are given certain other choices among which is "Off Hours".

From clock face, scroll right (swipe left) until get to 'Settings' and tap that; then scroll down a bit to see ''Always-On Display'.

The device does not respond to swiping when Off-Hours is active. I don't even know what time it will shut off. There should be an override option for this feature!

Hello, I have a fitbit Versa 2 and the "off hours" setting appeared and didn't allow me to access any of my fitbit settings, swipe left or right or view the entire clock face. After chatting with fitbit support and trying different things that they suggested including changing the clock face and then syncing to no avail I tried additional things to solve this problem. Fitbit offered me a discount to buy a new one instead of helping me further troubleshoot. I decided to let my fitbit battery fully drain and then I charged it. This fixed the problem. Off hours is no longer on my screen Andi have access to all of my apps, ability to swipe and view my entire screen. I hope this helps someone solve this problem so they don't need to buy another fitbit.
