How do I turn off the Wash your hands reminders?

How can i stop the reminders for washing hands? It just says Done or Clear. I have been in notifications in settings but doesn't have it listed.

Charge 3. Well I finally found how to turn the reminder off.  Yay. Clicked on the watch picture not my profile picture and then found the other wellness site. It’s there after all. I have turned it off. So frustrating. But sorted.

I’ve been trying to turn off mine for more than a month. I also don’t have the Health and Wellness reminders. I’ve spoken directly with support and they escalated it and said they are working on a solution but have no idea why it’s not showing in my app. Seems like it’s a more widespread issue than they indicated. It’s been more than a month with no update...and now that I’m on Christmas vacation, the hydration reminder has woken me up 3 days in a row! 

Not on mine unfortunately. 

That would be great except there isn’t that option. There aren’t any health and wellness reminders.

I found my wellness bit under my watch picture. Not my profile.  It seems to depend which watch you have.

Yes, I am in the same boat. I find myself ignoring the notifications. which in turn makes me miss important ones. Are we a part of some social experiment on tolerance and indifference?

Or an attempt to wear out the battery faster so we'll upgrade? 😆 These repetitive and unwanted notifications are nothing more than unsolicited spam now.

That can't be it: I upgraded from the Charge 3 to the Charge 4 recently, and the reminders upgraded with me...😕

I have escalated this issue via the Twitter support chat Fitbit offers, but so far the reminders persist, even though I'm told on a daily basis that they've been turned off now. 🙄

Fitbit support finally was able to turn off the notifications for me! It took almost 2 months but they are off! I still do t have the option to control it myself but at least I’m not getting the unwanted notifications now.

I also spoke with Twitter support around Christmas that the tab doesn't show on the app,and they said they reported this problem to the team. I'll only believe it once I'm able to turn this spam OFF 🙃

I have been chatting with them since mid Nov. about not having that tab on my app and they finally were able to manually turn off thr reminder for me last week. Whew!

They claimed they did that for me as well, but no such luck. Now I wonder why this didn't work for me when it appears there is a way to get rid of them remotely...🤔

I also have this issue with no Health and Wellness tab on my Versa Lite.

In the app go to your account,  the click on the picture of your watch. Scroll down and you should see Health & Wellness reminders.  Click there, then you can turn it off.

Many people don’t have the health and wellness tab showing up anywhere in the app.

I have the same problem on my versa 2 but I when I tap on the Versa icon > there is no "HEALTHY & WELLNESS REMINDER" option... I would really like to remove the hand washing reminder

I just had a message from the helpdesk that they cannot turn this off. That is ridiculous! I would really like to ask the techies at Fitbit to fix this because it is REALLY annoying and cannot understand why it wouldn't be possible. There was a time when it wasn't there at all.....
