How do I turn off the always on display on my Versa 2?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Versa 2 and can't update my clock face. It's on "always on display " and draining my power.  It's not syncing,  no ring tone, no message display. Need help to correct.

Hi there, @Teebaby65. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 2 is stuck on the always on display feature and hence, it's causing the battery to be drained. I understand where your concern is coming from, I'll be glad to help you!

To turn it off, swipe down from the top of your watch and tap the quick settings icon > Always-On Display icon or find Always-On Display in the Settings app.

Also, to exist this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tapp the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

That was taken right from the Versa 2 manual, which you can link to from https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/products?language=en_US&p=versa_2
