Hello there, @Unlikelyangel. Welcome to the Community Forums. @SunsetRunner Thanks for your help!
Please note there's no way to delete the PIN code but reset or change it. For more information, see How do I reset or change the PIN code on my Fitbit device?
The only way to get rid of this feature once it's activated is by performing a factory reset on your watch. However, please take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
If you agree to that and still want to get rid of the device lock feature, please follow the steps below:
At this point you can set up the watch again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.
