I don’t like vibration, is there a way to completely turn off vibration feature rather than changing to normal mode.

i read some other posts but didn’t find any working solution.

@Fitbit

Not sure why to complicate simple vibration turn off. Please provide workable solution.

If you are referring to the vibration for notifications, just turn them off. You can't have both and are unlikely to see a notification unless you are staring at the Versa when it happens.

Not just the notifications. When I click ride side button/ short cut , vibration is happening

Welcome on board @NoGoal, it's nice to see you around! Robot Very Happy

If you don't want your Versa to vibrate at the moment of receiving a notification, you need to have your phone on "Silent" or "Do Not Disturb" mode, then go to the Fitbit app, go to notifications and turn off the "Always Vibrate" option.

For other features like alarms, goals, and so on, there's no way to prevent your Versa from vibrating. For anything else you would like to see implemented in the future, consider visiting our Feature Suggestions board. This is a space where Community users can post features, ideas, and suggestions that they'd like to see in future Fitbit products, accessories, and software and top-voted suggestions get relayed to our product team for review.

How can I make my charger vibrate when I put my fitbit versa on the charger

I do think it’s still lame there isn’t an option vibrate off on the watch (only normal or strong).
I don’t want notifications to vibrate on the watch. Some of theme I want to signal or vibrate on the phone, but no vibrate on the watch. I want them still to see on my watch screen when I hear (or feel) notify in my phone.

Calls always vibrate on the watch.

that is the way Pebble worked. Why not the good stuff of Pebble implement in the Versa? I miss that.

settings of watch vibrate should not depend of the setting of the phone in my opinion.

I'm with you on this one. It's not so much that I hate the haptic feedback on the long button press, it's more that the response is not just a quick buzz. it's a short buzz followed by a short pause followed by a longer buzz and then another pause and then a really short buzz. Is that just my Versa 3 or is that for everyone? And if it's an actual design feature and not some sort of hardware bug on my phone, then WHYYYYYY

Hey @MarreFitbit

I'm using an up-to-date iOS, my phone is on silent, and there is no "Always Vibrate" option anywhere in the app. I can either have notifications for text/calendar/calls, or not.

My device is Versa 2.

As OP stated, this is an elementary issue that is confusingly missing, or hidden somewhere that I can't find.

To be clear - I want to see notifications for my texts when I check my watch, but I do not want it to vibrate every time someone sends a text. It's maddening.

Also, as another member has said - the lack of an option on watch settings to turn off vibrate (only normal/strong) is baffling. It would be great if this feedback resulted in the options we are actually looking for.

Thanks

How completely ridiculous that we can't turn this off. This is a fail 👎🏼

I hate this vibration. I didn't notice it until this morning. Also, Alexa stopped working suddenly. Getting worried about this product.

I have a Versa 2. I don't see anything in notifications that says Always Vibrate. This is quite annoying.

I have the same issue. I don't see an Always Vibrate option anywhere.

I’ve done that and the next day it’s vibrating like crazy about something! Why does it keep reverting back? Is so terribly annoying I unhook it and throw it! Seriously will give it up if this can’t be fixed. What else; I’ve put it on do not disturb and turned off notifications - do I need to do that daily? Why??!
