How do I turn off the voice assistant on my Versa 3?

Does anyone know how to turn off the voice assistant (and the follow-along prompt 𝑡𝑜 𝑠𝑒𝑡-𝑢𝑝 voice assistant)? It's annoying. Every time I fold my arms it either thinks I'm asking a question or insists I set the service up. The app offers no option to 𝑛𝑜𝑡 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 an assistant on at all.

Hi @FitFatFlunk - have a look at the watch Settings, Shortcuts for long button press and configure it as appropriate.
