How do I turn on Bluetooth on the Fitbit Versa Lite on the computer? It works on my I-Pad, but I can't do it on the computer. What is happening?

I'm not sure what your asking @Arianna_Cao. There isn't a switch for bluetooth on your Versa lite?

What operating system is on the computer?

Have you turned the BT off on the ipad if the ipad is on?
