How do I unlock my Versa 2 with my phone?

My Versa 2 says to unlock with phone instead of entering my pin. But it is connected to my phone and syncing so I'm not sure how to unlock it. Please help.

@TarynAnn Hi.  From a post by @LZeeW  Try "from your app dashboard > tap on your Account icon > tap on your Versa icon > tap on  Device Lock > go to the option to reset your PIN".

From what I've seen on the forums, don't do a factory reset. You'd never get it back then.
