Hi
I upgraded from the Versa and gave it to someone. Unfortunately it is now coming up with the message, “unlock with your phone”. Problem is that im overseas so i cant unlock it for them. How do I get around this? I have my fitbit account etc so can this help me?

When you give the Versa to your friend, did they leave it on their Fitbit account?
If so they need to use their phone and the Fitbit app to unlock their Versa.
This is done through the lock settings screen in the Fitbit app.
The problem is, is that they entered the in wrong to many times.
How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?
