I have my Fitbit licked and is asking for a 4 digit code. How do I unlock if I don't know code

That is probably the PIN for Fitbit Pay after 10 wrong tries.

This pin lock can be set to lock the whole device, or only lock fitbit pay. I recommend only locking for fitbit pay, since it is only when fitbit pay is setup that this pin is required. 

 

Basically, to unlock your Versa 3, you need to setup a new pin.
