I’m having trouble on downloading the Spotify app onto my Fitbit Versa it tells me that I need to update the Fitbit but I don’t know how to and there are no clear instructions out there can anyone help me?

Hi, @shelby15 , unfortunately Fitbit is not compatible with Spotify, so that is why it is not working for you. An update will not change that.
If there is an update available for your Versa you will see a pink arrow on the opening screen of your app telling you that an update is available. Just click on that and follow the instructions.
If you don’t see the message that an update is available that means that your Versa is already up to date.
