Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums.
For more information on how to do so, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
However, note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 3 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 3 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?
Lastly, please bear in mind that your Versa 3 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi @SunsetRunner - in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and App settings and make sure automatic time zone is on, then fully sync your watch.
If that doesn't work, try Shutdown from the watch Settings, wait 10 seconds and place on the charger to restart and charge it and sync again.
