I use Amazon Music for all of my music on my iphone, is it possible to download my music from the Amazon Music app to the versa watch?

No, I'm afraid not. Fitbit only works with Deezer, Pandora and your own music files. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251/
