How do i get help to sync my used fitbit versa 2 to my phone? Tried all troubleshooting.

Helpline on website says number not in use, tried the chatbox its just blank , can't type in it. My watch is used bought 2nd hand , don't know if i need to do something to the watch , my phone cant find it ! Any help please ?

@spinach46 Hi. What did you try? Installing the Fitbit app, then adding a new device in your account settings should work.
