How do i get text messages come through on ny versa 2?

I've followed steps on Google and have edited my permissions to allow message notifications to come through but I'm still not receiving anything on my watch? At a bit of a loss with it.

Maybe you have already seen this, but How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I've managed to figure it out. I clicked on my profile picture on top left, clicked on where it says versa 2, then notifications, followed by messages and then sorted out the accsess. Hope that helps.
