Hi, does anyone know how to transfer music onto the fitbit versa? I've been trying to do it since christmas x

Hello @karen2402 and a warm welcome.  Here is the Help article with the instructions for transferring music.

 

As you try to transfer music, where does it stop?  Do you get an error message?  Be specific.
