My FitBit watch face has completely frozen and I need to Factory reset. How can I do it, as all advice is to swipe left/right to get to Settings, but mine is literally stuck on one screen and nothing helps it move.

Before resorting to factory reset, have you tried a restart , generally a better place to start than a full factory reset? Just hold in the left button until you see the Fitbit logo, then give it a minute or two to complete.

Yes, tried that so many times. But then I run into all manner of other problems for unable to sync and unable to update tracker etc
