How do you change the Fitbit Pay shortcut on Versa 2 to Alexa?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

On the swipe down menu after you see Notifications it shows you a shortcut to Music Controls, Fitbit Pay, and Quick Settings. However, I heard that you can change the Fitbit Pay shortcut to an Alexa shortcut. Can someone explain to me how to do this? Sorry if this has been answered already, but I couldn't find an article about it.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @HHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Thank you for your question.

The menu that shows Music Controls, Fitbit Pay and Quick Settings is the Control Center. Currently, there is no option to make changes on this menu.

If you press and hold the left button of your Fitbit Versa 2 for 2 seconds you'll access the shortcuts. You can change which feature activates when you hold the button by doing the following:

- Open the Settings app EdsonFitbit_1-1649374909114.png and tap the Left Button option.

- Select Alexa from the options.

For detailed information about how to navigate your Watch, please visit this article.

Hope this helps.
