How do you connect a Zox band to your Versa 2?

Has anyone purchased a Zox watchband band for their Versa 2? If so, how did you get it to stay connected to the watch?! I bought the size and adapters suggested by Zox, but the thing just won't connect. I even took the pins from my old stock Fitbit band and even they won't go into the proper holes!

I just got my Zox bands (and adapter) yesterday for the Versa 2 and spent way too much time trying to get them together.

This morning, I looked in one of the packets that held one of the bands and noticed another set of adapter pins.

They looked longer than all the other ones I tried.

Lo and behold, it was a perfect fit and I could just TELL that band was secure.

Why TF were these pins in a different packet? No idea. But check all of your packaging. The correct pins are pretty noticeably longer.

I'm glad that worked for you! Unfortunately, not only were both sets of
pins in my package too short, but when I used the pins from my old Fitbit
band, the end of the band wouldn't fit into the e n d of my watch. I had to
file the end of the band down and force it into place. Thanks for
answering, though!
