How do you get rid of PIN?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I attempted to set up Wallet on my Versa but after getting to the last step found out that in the UK the range of banks participating was very small and I didn't have an account with any of them.

By this point I had already set up my PIN number and now even though I don't need it any more it will randomly come up and is very annoying.

How do I get rid of it?

Thanks, but that doesn't work. Attempt to enter PIN and it just keeps telling me to try again.

Why is it impossible to get rid of something that I cannot use.

I would like someone to sort this out please.

GrubbyDuck (above) is right to put you in touch with a moderator.  I reviewed help.fitbit.com on your topic and it appears you can only reset (it evidently stops to function if a day passes without it being used) or change it.  In my opinion, Fitbit staffers are not adept at recognizing and providing for everything a user might want to do or undo.  I read the article on this topic, and clicked on "helpful" so as to bring up the text box allowing the reader to suggest how the article could be MORE helpful...as in, let every user undo or hide everything that is unwanted.

See https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2250.

@SunsetRunner thank you for the reply and sorry for the delay in mine. As mentioned before I created a ticket so Support contact you directly. You can let them know what it is happening to see how they can help you. Did you get any email from them? If this is the case then what did they tell you?

I look forward to your reply.
