Hi there @kllll, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing raising this good question.

It depends of the app or clock face you're trying to download. For more detailed information, see: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit device?

For Fitbit Versa 2 note the following:

  • Up to 39 apps can be installed on your watch at a time.
  • Some devices must be connected to Wi-Fi for some apps to install or update. For instructions on connecting your watch to Wi-Fi, see How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?

To install an app:

  1. With your watch nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Apps > All Apps.
  3. Browse the available apps. When you find the one you want to install, tap it.
  4. Tap Install.
  5. Some apps require certain permissions in order to work properly, such as access to the internet or the ability to run in the background. Review these requested permissions and tap Install to add the app to your device. Note that some permissions can cause your phone to use more data. If you decide at a later time that you don’t want an app to have certain permissions, you can adjust these permissions.

If you have trouble setting up an app, see How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?

Hope this information helps you, I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hello

For awhile I had the same problem loading clock faces.. however seems to have settled now I think it was a glitch with the Fitbit app

How I got around it was installing the clock face directly from the watch itself try that sync on app and your chosen watch face should be there on the app as well

Since yesterday though I've found that clock faces are loading ok within the app

Hope this helps
