For those that have talked to customer support how long once your call went thru did it take to be able to talk to someone and how long did you sue s with them?

I called them once when I first got my Ionic, waited about 2-3 minutes for a Rep to pick up and then was on the line about 30 minutes. I received a complete solution to my problem from a very friendly and knowledgeable Rep.

Thanks I just finished talking to customer support for about 45 min. Explained my situation. Even thou she couldn’t rectify my problem I know she did was she could. She was very pleasant. The engineers are working on the problem. I have a case number and will keep them updated. People have to realize the Versa is still new and there’s bound to be glitches.

What kind of glitch? My wife got one and so far seems to be working fine. Just wanted to find out what the most problems are.
