How long is the battery life in years?

I bought my original Fitbit Versa in May of 2018. How long is a reasonable expectation for battery life? I get one and a half day max; other times it just runs down all the way on its own. Is it time to replace it?

Hi @SunsetRunner  battery life varies with all of us and it depends on how we use the devices. Those who use all the features of the Fitbit might not have it last as long as someone who uses it just for steps. Example of the Flex, an older Fitbit, now retired, where I got two years of life, others posted they had over five years. Sorry there isn't a definitive answer for you. It could be your Fitbit is slowly dying, but this is the perfect time to look at new styles - Mother's Day and Father's Day sales are here!

I am indeed looking at a replacement and the Versa 2 fits my needs since it has local music storage. I never really used the GPS on my original Versa so that will not be missed. Thanks for your reply.
