I saw somewhere that someone said to allow 5 days for them to process the return? So I'm figuring 5 days processing plus another week or so for shipping. Meaning I may be without it another 2-3 weeks?
It took a week and a half to go from my post office to FItbit (SUPPOSEDLY arriving there tomorrow).

Contact support https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs with your ref number & watch you inbox for updates. It does say '7 - 10 working days' in the emails you should have received already.
Count yourself lucky! More than not do not get a replacement but instead the 25% discount offer.

The only email I’ve received was the one with the shipping label.

@lorraineg There should be a ref number with that email? Definitely one on the return label. As said, please contact support & for updatea & status your return by either using chat or by telephone (office hours) via link already given.
I've flagged your concerns to the moderators for no other reason than to help them & FitBit see you need further assistance.
