How long until the Samsung S10 will be compatible with my Versa?

I also have a Samsung s10 and receive all notifications except texts. After receiving a lot of texts in a row, sometimes I will get a notification on my versa 2 that says "new messages" but won't show the context of any of the messages. I have went though every setting on my phone, the app, and my versa 2 and have went through every troubleshooting step imaginable. I tried resetting and reconnecting everything and still no change. If anyone has any advice, I'd love to hear new suggestions

I am having the same issue with my versa 2 and my galaxy s10+. My daughter seems to think it depends on which clock face you are using. I changed mine, and then I started receiving text notifications.

I have an S10+ and I'm using the Bitmoji clock face. Can you tell me what clock face you changed it to to make your text messages come through? I have gone through all the "permissions" and I just can't get my text messages or calls to come up on my Versa 2

I too use bitmoji, after switching my text app to Chomp my notifications will work if I reboot but somewhere in the day (random times) it will stop again.

I'm in the same boat.  I've been waiting a month but looking at this thread it looks like others have been waiting for 7 months!  How long does it take to fix this issue!?!  Doesn't make any sense!

By the time they fix it and we get to use it our warranty will have expired and then something else will go wrong.  I will never recommend purchasing this product

I went back to the original Versa 2 clock face. I called customer support about this issue  and asked about different clock faces interfering with text messages.  She told that they shouldn't.

I have been trying to get the original clock face back too because others have said it helps, but for some reason I can't get it....

I tried the clock face fix. No go. The only thing that works is the Google messaging app. Which is fine FOR NOW. But I'd really like to go back to using the one that came with the phone.

I found an app that allows my Note 10 to get messages on my Fitbit. It's
called fit notifications

My fitbit is connected to my S10 plus but I can't get any messages whatsoever. If my phone rings, it vibrates my fitbit but that's about it.

Ya same, basically everything ( fb messenger, snap, phone calls) but not
the text msgs.. ugh

I downloaded it, set it up as instructed, when i do the test notification,
it vibrates, but when i get an actual text message, nothing. Are u doing
something different i should know?

Another user mentioned changing your messaging app to Google messages. That DOES work at least for me.
