My virsa 2 quit working. I talked to customer service and she said to mail to the address she gave me. Just the Fitbit without even the bands or charging dock. My question I forgot to ask how long will it take to get my replacement?? Does anyone have any recent info?
Thanks

Hi @Ketogma23 several factors enter into how long it will take to receive your replacement - where you're located and where the Fitbit is going, how long it takes the shipper to get it to the Fitbit warehouse, how long it takes the warehouse to verify the RMA and the right pieces were sent to them and how the stock of replacement parts is at the time they get it. It's honestly hard to tell you. Sometimes people get it quickly, in two weeks or less, but sometimes it is closer to a month, depending on the shipping location and availability. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox while you wait for any updates.

I haven't gotten any emails from them.
Customer service told me to just send the watch without the strap or charging dock.
I'm in Florida. I used tracking and they got it yesterday. Wonder why some were told they didn't have to send theirs in.🤔

I've read on the forums that often Fitbit wants to see the actual device or components to see what the problem was with it. In your case, support must have determined that they only needed the pebble.
