How to STOP getting EVERY email sent to my Versa 2

All of a sudden, EVERY email I get is now being sent to and displayed on my Versa 2.  I really don't want to get these emails on my watch and I assume it is eating up my battery as well.   How do I stop these notifications?

Hello @rrmclain 

I believe I might be able to help. Open your Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2. Now scroll down and tap notifications then tap App notifications. Disabled the app you wish the sync your tracker to accept the changes.
