Exercise Shortcuts are available on Versa 3, in fact even more readily available.  Instead of having to configure them in phone app, all choices are right on the V3.  From clock face, scroll right to 'Exercise".  Tap, then scroll down through all the choices.  After you use a choice (indoor bike = spinning), the next time that choice will go top the top of the list (intelligent re-ordering).

Hi there @Lamiaa, welcome to the Community Forums.

Please note what @JohnnyRow has mentioned, as on Versa 3 there's no way to reorganize/remove the exercises. Though, your watch will show you by default all the exercises (20+) available in the Exercise app.

When you use the Exercise app, the order of the exercises will automatically change, what means it will show at the top a list of 3 exercises which are the ones you've been recently used. If you scroll down you'll find the rest of the exercises.

However, if you want to track Outdoor Bike, I'd recommend either @JohnnyRow's suggestion about choosing Spinning or you can use SmartTrack to detect your outdoor bike. For more information, see Which activities does my Fitbit device track automatically?

Thanks for taking the time to share your suggestion about adding the option to edit/organize shortcuts on Versa 3. We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. I'd suggest adding your comment and vote to this feature: Add the ability to organize the Exercise listIf this suggestion receives votes from other customers and gains popularity, it will be shared internally with various teams at Fitbit. Where you able to get this to work? The only thing I find is starting the Versa 3 at the beginning of the exercise and then stopping it when I'm done. I don't see an option to add it to my auto-recognized exercises. I've added my indoor biking manually, but doesn't add to my miles. Thanks!

"Exercise shortcuts" as mentioned by the original poster are not auto-recognition, in fact about the opposite.  Exercise shortcuts are used with starting and stopping the workout manually.

Also, it is not possible to add any activity to the auto-recognized list;  these depend on Fitbit being able to figure out what you are doing based just on your wrist movement, therefore have to be a rather limited list.

Speaking of miles, if you are referring to daily mileage, that includes only walking/running/step based activities.  Cycling is not included in daily mileage.
