How to change date format for Bitmoji Clock Face

ANSWERED

I have just installed the new Bitmoji clock face and by default the date is displaying as mm/dd. I live in Australia and we recognise our date format as dd/mm. Is there a way to change the date format?

(Note - My FitBit profile is set to an Australian timezone)

UPDATE!

@Bingsmate they have added a date format so you can change it now to dd/mm.  It's underneath the bit in the bitmoji clock where you can change your background.  Hope this helps.

If you installed the bitmoji face yesterday before the update you'll need to do an update then you'll see the date format option

Hi @Tammy2014 I just popped over to the other thread where lots of people including yourself seem to be having trouble getting it to work. I had no trouble installing mine (probably not what you want to hear lol!).

It did take maybe 5 minutes for the "teleporting" to finish but that was to be expected. I am sure they will try and fix asap since a lot of people seem to be having issues.

Sorry I cant be more help to you either! 🙂

@Bingsmate Hey, there! Excited to hear you successfully downloaded the Bitmoji clockface. Smiley Happy

As far as the date format, you cannot change it for the Bitmoji clockface. The date format is always dependent on the clock face (some do offer different formats in settings) so just depends on which one you have chosen that offers this option.

Hope this clears it up for you!

Would be nice if it's not always in a US format and other countries are considered. A similar thing happened with the weather app for the UK. eg the units we use are feet inches, stones, miles, celsius but we had to put it to a vote to get celsius as an option as it would tell us temperature in Fahrenheit. Again were in a dispute. Date in the UK we would use : Friday 5th April. So it can get very confusing and easily mistakes can be made.

How did you change the clock face to Bitmoji.  The watch is telling me to visit the clock face settings on my phone to connect Bitmoji through Snapchat??
