I have two email addresses, one a personal and one a student email. I have graduated and would like to switch my email address to my personal account. How do I do this?

Hi @Timothy83. Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Just to confirm, would you like to change the email address associated with your Fitbit account? If that's correct, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Account Settings > Change Email.
  3. In the New Email and Confirm New Email boxes, enter your preferred email address.
  4. In the Confirm Password box, type your Fitbit account password.
  5. Tap Change and follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. You'll receive an email, click Verify your Email to complete the update.
