If you are using a 3rd party clock face that shows temp, there should be a setting that makes that change. Check your clock details. As far as the Fitbit itself is concerned, go to Fitbit.com dashboard and click on the gear icon at the upper right and then Settings.  Scroll down to "Units" and change them to Metric.

In units there is no option for temperature.  How do I set to °F in weather app?

Go to the Weather App in Settings and click on the Gear Icon and choose F.

Hi, click the watch icon in the dashboard of your Fitbit app on your device. You will see the page with the Clock and Apps tiles. Press the apps and scroll down into "My Apps" untill you find the weather app. Right next to it, you will see the settings icon. Press that and you will see the page with Temperature unit, press Unit and there you can change it form Celsius to Fahrenheit or v.v..
