How to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit?

Weather shows Celsius not Fahrenheit.

How can I change it to Fahrenheit?

Have done that.  But still doesn't change the weather on my Fitbit to Fahrenheit.   The until is set to Fahrenheit height on my phone app.  I have synced it.  But watch still reads Celsius.  I have even turned watch off and back on.  Re-synced.   Still don't change it.
