From How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device? 

To change the units used for the temperature in the Weather app:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     

    > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.

  2. Tap the gear icon
     

    next to Weather. You may need to swipe up to find the app.

  3. In the Temperature Unit section, tap Units and choose the unit you want to use.
  4. Sync your device.

Got a new Versa3 yesterday. Changed it to farenheit in the app, synced it several times but it's still on Celsius. 🤷
