How to change the clock face on Versa 2

How do I change the watch face on my versa 2 in the app? When I click the watch face tab or even the app tab it does nothing. I used this several years ago and had no issues. Went back to the fitbit and not able to see or change the watch face in the app is frustrating

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry you're experiencing problems with changing your clock face. 

This is definitely not the experience wanted for our customers, and I understand your concern about all this situation. 

Could you please confirm if you already tried to: 

• Restart your phone. 
• Restart your Fitbit device.

Please confirm that all necessary app permissions are on.

I have restarted everything. My phone, my fitbit. I have logged out of the
app and restarted it. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled it. When I had it
serial years ago it looked different. I assume all the updates probable. I
have attached what it looks like. I click on my versa 2 on the first Pic
and on 2nd where it shows watch face, it does nothing. Even the app one
next to it will not do anything.
