How to check heart rate data on the Fitbit app?

I am having trouble with my HR jumping to high numbers and can see this clearly on my device. Is there a way for me to see my highest HR etc on my fitbit app? A way to track how high its getting?

Hi @MrsLovett15, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To answer your question, can you please let me know if you would like to see the heart rate information from a specific exercise or your daily stats? Are you using an Android or iOS phone?

Looking forward to your reply.

So my problem isn't that my HR is inaccurate, but that I need to know if
there is a way to see a chart that tells me what my highest HR is.
Currently I've been dealing with spurts of high HR that don't last very
long so the fitbit only does average every 5 minutes if I've read
correctly. So though I've seen my watch say 170 my app does not tell me
this that I know of. I'm very new to Fitbit and have tried finding it but
have failed. 🤦🏽‍:female_sign:
