How to contact by phone

Hi, I've bought a fitbit Versa 2 that has arrived today and I'm really struggling to set it up...I really want to know how to store music on it so that I can listen via my watch without being connected to my phone (i.e. I want to be able to listen to music while I go running with only my watch and wireless headphones and leave my phone at home).

I've got fitbit on my PC now but how do I get music on to fitbit on my PC so I can sync it to my phone? Can this only be done from Deezer? I have spotify- is there a way I can get my spotify music onto the Fitbit I have on my computer so that I can then sync it to my phone?

Thanks,

Claire.

Hi @ClaireWorm , isn't easier to transfer  you music form your PC to your phone (connect your phone to PC, start Explorer and copy your music to your phone)? After that you can transfer your phone's music to your Fitbit. Transferring music can only be done with an activated WiFi connection between your phone and your Versa. Therefore you need to put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC. In the Fitbit app, you have to go to WiFi settings, press it and you should see the name of your home network (if not setup yet, press add network, Fitbit will start searching and after finding it, will ask you to enter the password of your network) with right next to it the WiFi icon in white. Press the icon and Fitbit starts connecting to your network. Once connected, the icon turns to blue and says connected.Tocheck whether your Versa is WiFi connected, go to settings - device info, press it - scroll down to IP address and you shouls see the IP of your network.
