Tried customer service, they barley speak english. Won't put me thru to manager or give me corporate number. Customer service has gone down hill big time. Not even located in the united states. So how do I reach someone higher up?

Hi @jessmills1982 , go to the Customer Support site again and try to start a chat with one of them: Click Fitbit Troubleshooting on the bottom of the page on the right side. Scroll down the page where you will see: "Let's talk" an press "Get Support". Maybe this works, regards kuzibri

Been there done that. They won't give me the contact info for anyone higher up. I'm done playing with these foreign customer service reps. After googling for awhile I found the email I was looking for. Thanks for trying to help thou
