Hello @Ryanschaum60, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. It's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that when you start playing music on your Versa, you have the option to control its volume with the plus (+) and minus (-) sign located to the right of the screen:

You can also press the buttons on the side to increase or decrease the volume while the music is playing.

I hopet his helps, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Paired my AirPods to my Versa 2 and volume is way too loud and can’t adjust. Is there a way to do this. What a waste.

I'm having the same issue. The music is too loud on my Airpods and those volume controls on the watch screen don't do anything. Help?

I cannot control music volume either.  I upgraded to the Versa 2 specifically for the ability to be able to play music directly from my watch.  The volume buttons are completely unresponsive and the music is so loud that the music feature is unusable.  If this problem cannot be resolved, I am returning the watch.

I have this problem and it is more than 2 years after this message.  So, over 2 years and no fix.  Starting to think getting a Fitbit was a waste.

Maybe worked in 2019, but not in 2022.  Maybe one of the updates I had to get screwed this up.  Good job, guess FitBit doesn't care that there stuff doesn't work.
