How to disable the vibration feature on my Versa 2?

Is there a way to completely disable vibrations? Honestly hate the small vibration every time I tap an icon. Can't find any solution in the Fitbit settings on the watch or the app.

I suffer from intense anxiety and the vibration is really stressful. I just want to use my Fitbit like my iPhone. No vibrations at all.

@BradS Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration. I understand how important is to you to have no vibration whatsoever on your Versa 2.

However, I'm afraid to say that there's no way to disable the vibration motor of your watch for all features or when you press the button or touch the screen. Though, you can enable Do Not Disturb. When you turn on the do not disturb setting:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move don't cause the watch to vibrate or the screen to turn on.
  • You see a do not disturb icon at the top of the screen when you swipe down to see your notifications.

You can't turn on do not disturb and sleep mode at the same time. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Nevertheless, we thank you for your suggestion. We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers. The best place to make your voice heard is the Feature Suggestion board on our community
