I all the sudden got a pop-up ad that won't go away. It does not automatically show the watch face. The ad reads " to unlock (lifetime) trick or treat visit the official website kzl.io/code and enter code: xxxxx." Any advice?

You are using a third-party clock face; you have to pay a small fee to continue using it, probably described in the app with the clock face choice.  You can either pay the fee or select a different free clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
