Hi @Buleah  on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset.

Hi @Buleah - there are a couple of things to be aware of before doing a factory reset.

It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the factory reset or replacement if necessary.

Also if you live in the EEA you will only be able to reinstall only Fitbit clocks or apps.
