My son locked my watch by entering the wrong pin too many times, how do I do a factory reset on the watch without the app?

@Kimdawn19 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry about how to do a factory reset, I'm afraid that this can only be done with the watch unlocked since you need to go to the settings option but since the watch is locked the factory reset might not be possible to be performed.

 

In order to unlock your Versa, you can do it from the app only as advised my friend Ricardo in this post.
