How do I create a personal music if I dont havr a desktop? Can I load music from my phone to my watch ?

I'm afraid you can't load music from your phone. Fitbit say: 

 

"To download playlists to your watch, you need a computer with a Wi-Fi connection and the free Fitbit Connect app."
