How to download my sleep history?

After a couple of years of unexplained sleep issues, I'm going to have a sleep study done.  How can I access my sleep data from my Versa to share with my doctor?

Hello @coldhandsonwarm, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. If you'd like to download your sleep history, please go to the Data Export section on the online Dashboard. In here you will be able to see this screen:

DataExport.PNG

In here you can select the information you want to export, the format of your data and the timeframe of the data you want to export, then click on Download to get the file.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

This doesn’t work. You press the button and it just runs and runs and nothing happens. I’ve tried it twice.

@AmyBGlass  It works for me.  I'm on a Mac and I have Microsoft Excel installed.  If I download in either CSV (comma separated values) or XLS (excel) format both open with Excel as a default on my computer.  The CSV format should open with other spreadsheet programs as well.
