How to erase text messages on Versa?

I cant get rid of a text message I received  I tried to clear all and it will not erase? Please help thanks

Hi, @Longisland! There are two ways to clear it on the Versa. You can either swipe right or tap on it and scroll down to "clear." This will not dismiss it on your phone, only on the Versa.

That did not work I have tried both ways the message is still there 👎

Can you send a photo of what shows up when you tap the message? Also, have you tried restarting the tracker?

How do you restart a tracker it’s a text message from my iPhone that go to versus this is the only one I can’t get off my phone 🤦‍:female_sign:

I was having the same exact issue, old text messages would not clear. Resetting the Versa cleared the messages.

I’ve tried both ways too. My messages will not delete. I think it’s a Fitbit glitch. Some delete, others will not.
