Both my wife and I have the original Versa though she got hers first. Hers was updated to 32.70.714 a while back and mine has not been updated yet.
How can I get the update?

@lmbabus You do not want the new software update, especially if you have the original Versa! That's the software that has been crashing the original Versa devices. Do not update to the 32.70.714 software!!!!

@Tarri there is nothing you can do to fix the problem. The best advice the Fitbit company has been telling customers is to get a replacement (if it's still in warranty) or buy a new device (if it's out of warranty). The moderators have been telling people in the forums that the company is looking for a solution to this problem, but considering the problem has been going on for at least a month, I don't ever see a solution to this problem.
